______

REGISTRATION:

Registration is now open for 2018 and will take place online through Zone 4.  Link to Zone 4 - Click HereSee the "Registration" tab on this site for more information.
LUNCH:
Our famous potluck BBQ! We will be BBQ’ing burgers and hot dogs – you bring your own chilled beverages and a potluck contribution to feed 10 people. Ideas to contribute to the potluck are sliced fruit or veggies, chips/dip, salads (such as potato salad, coleslaw, quinoa), cookies, squares... whatever you would snack on after a long ride. This way we will have tons of food, a lovely spot to hang out, and loads of door prizes to give away, compliments of GearHeads. Bring your own water and lawn chair. There are washrooms on site.
* You are encouraged to take a tour of the nearby Bonnechere Caves after the ride. There is a great swimming spot upstream of the caves for those looking for a refreshing dip.
THE RIDE:
The loops are self-supported. Bring a tube and pump, lots of water and money for snacks (if you stop at a store). Maps will be provided, and the route intersections will be marked. Details are below. The course and BBQ will close at 2pm.

OTHER EVENTS:
Elders from the Anishaanabe Cultural Circle will provide Opening prayers and smudging for those who wish to participate before the 100k and 60k rides.

Your support of this community event will help "Moving on Mental Health" which is a plan designed to help children, youth and families access mental health services in their communities that are responsive and meet their needs. This is an important part of Ontario's Mental Health and Addictions Strategy that is being led by The Phoenix Centre for Children and Families here in Renfrew County.
